Dapol CO19 General Store. An old Airfix kit from 1957 now made by model railway company Dapol. The kit's printed paperwork give the builder the option of the model being either a hardware store or a pet shop. Whenever I build a model, window glazing is always a problem, with this kit it was overcome by cutting thin strips of double sided tape fixed onto the frames to which the clear plastic glass is applied.
A lovely little model to build.

I've made a few of these in the past and they do make up to very nice buildings - as you show here.

Shove in a couple of chopped off cocktail sticks for chimneys...Wink, wink!

As an aside, the Dapol factory is about 15 minutes from where I live.
