    Thanks all for the kind words, I used my iPhone to take the picture, and edited here and there for the brightness, sharpness, and shadow detail. (Just to cover up my decal works :P , silvering everywhere )

                      That's a great looking p51d, the paint finish is beautifully done and so is the weathering. I was given one of these and the entire cockpit was missing so might just give up the ghost and buy the resin cockpit rather than waiting to hear from Hasegawa, seeing just how nice yours turned out.

                        Great one. Nice bit of variance on the wings, livens up what could have been a flat finish - but not here.

                          I made the tarmac using the back of cereal cardboard then heavily weathered them using 2B pencil powder and used a toothbrush to apply the powder. Hope that's what you mean.
