    1 72 skoda 38 cm howitzer dio

    Hi Guys new gun finished ,a dio of the gun ready to fire in the opening offensive in the Tyrol 29 april 1916 from a photo taken during the Austro-Hugarian offensive.

    Resin kit from m g m not very good had to scratch build barrel and alter a lot on rest of kit


    but as it is the only one out there not got a choice.


    Hat figs are not that good as regards detail, but best i could find, hope you like as always any comments welcome.

                  Another great build Barry. I know you normally work in 1/72, but Takom models do a couple of large guns - including this one - in 1/35 if you're interested.
