    1 72 panzertriebwagen nr 16 dio

Hi, latest rail related model dio, this is three resin kits a panzertriebwagen with

two panzerjagerwagon both ends ariving at a fueling point somewhere in russia.

    Any questions,comments welcome.

This was a armoured version of the wr550d14 diesel loco ( and it was huge)

the only one made to this design in 1942 and was deployed in the summer of 1944

the two panzerjagerwagons had soviet T-34 turrets , it was captured in 1945 by the soviet army

    and still survives intact.

This is a great build .

Top class work on the weathering and detail and to be able to maintain the appearance on such a big kit is amazing.

                  Well done

Really like this. As said above, it looks a busy scene which means a lot of work going into it in addition to building the model. This wonderful scene proves how much this is worth it. Lots of dynamic action brings it all to life.

I love this, Barry, especially the feeling of bustle and activity around the train. I was a bit thrown by the T-34 turrets at first!

The fact that this was real....Amazing build Baz. This would have been a confusing sight to both sides especially pilots.
