"We'll need more than a toolbox!"....

Brush painted. The base is smashed up pebbles and sand. The 'water' is the top of a food container and the stone walls are off cut pizza bases. The two figures are Airfix Luftwaffe ground crew.

Here is the finished 1/72 model.

    Cheers,

    Ron

Fantastic work Ron, and how you use everyday objects to make the diorama's always amaze me. Another cracker.

Cheers all, Glad you approve of the crash landing.

Ian, your post is some co-incidence. Your first line was originally going to be the build title!

Thanks ever so much chaps for the excellent posts on my 'semi ditching'!

Steve (stona) See, I remembered all you wrote when you messaged me a while back about the crash landing procedure and what happened on ejecting the canopy....

My wife reckons I forget everything, but here is the proof that I do remember - if I so choose!

                      Thanks again boys,

                      Ron

I did notice that all the relevant bits were gone! Your man obviously followed procedure for his 'midday at the oasis'.

                        Cheers

Great stuff! Not sure about them needing a toolbox though. A tow truck and a can of T-Cut would probably do!
