    1 72 scale scratch built 17 cm german railgun

    Hi guys
    latest railgun dio ,a 17 cm early railgun used by the germans .
    the model is scratch built ,11 inches long and the figures are from ceaser .

      Lots of detail which I like. Very convincing. The weight and strength of all that steel is well modelled.

        If everything apart from the figures are scratch built I'm really impressed!
        That railway chassis looks really convincing!
        Must've taken a few hours though...

              Thanks guys.
              Jens only parts not scratch were axle boxes and wheels and build time was six weeks full time (retired).
