CHECK POINT/EVACUATION 1-87

In setting up this check point the lead element has hit a mine planted by the previous occupants. Repairs are underway as refugees pass by and are being questioned by the ranking member of the unit. My first diorama.

Thanks everyone,
Here are a few more. The buildings are basic European HO structures for model railroading.

Rick, well done. Very well integrated. Sources please. I'm guessing Preiser figs. & 20mm, ROCO kubels, Trident 250s and Pola/Faller buildings? You have certainly improved them significantly if so. The burnt-out sedan is one I'm most interested in the source of. PaulE

Paul, Thank You.
Good guess! I see your deductive reasoning is still intact... I often wonder about my own.
The burnt out sedan is from the old Busch economy pack. It's a MB 170. The other two vehicles were a small Ford and an Opel. I wish I had bought more while they were available.
