                  I use a little touch-up w/base color to eliminate silvering appearance. It's especially effective on darker base colors as most model paint is pretty translucent. PaulE

                      I remember trying that trick on my Lancaster build now you mention it Paul. It's amazing how many things I've tried but simply can't bring to mind at the time. Too many years sniffing thinners I reckon :smiling5:
