Master Box Yankee Scout and Tracker

"Which way did they go, tracker?"

Here is my finished dio of the two figures and their horses. First class kit and overall great fun to do....

I did a rough A4 water colour background to help the composition.

Thanks for all the excellent comments and suggestions throughout the build, but a special thanks to Colin and his lady for their invaluable help in keeping me informed on just what was what regarding the Apache people and their mounts.

    Cheers,

    Ron

Like George said: "Turned out nice again!" (Younger readers probably won't know who George is - but I know Ron does!).

***** more for your collection Ron.

Thanks for the great comments and 'awards' boys, I'm well pleased you like the dio.

"I'm leaning on a lamp post at the corner of the street reading all these excellent posts!"....How's that Dave for a bit of 'George'?

Colin, although it's not my bag - but seeing as I'm going anyway - I might take it to Cosford and enter it...We'll see. Thanks for suggesting it is comp. material, I'm a happy bunny!

                Cheers all,

                Ron

I think you should take a few of them and enter them is the diorama section. I reckon you have a chance as well.

Simply stunning Sir, plus with the extra "rough A4 water colour background" painting, it really pops this into life, and, as already mentioned well worth five HUGE *****...

It's truly not my thing, but seems I'm over a barrel regarding Cosford, so not only will I bring some bacon, I will enter this dio. and fly the flag for Scale Models!

                              Cheers,
