SMALL 1/144 LANDING CRAFT AND ZERO DIO.

With my boat clubs 'Navy-Day' tomorrow I am getting the models I am intending to take together and I final finished a small 1/144 scale landing craft, empty, being buzzed by a Zero.

Only things to add are some small white water effects and hopefully it will dry and ready to

    go.

    * FINISHED PICTURES WITH FIGURES ADDED ON PAGE 2, THANKS.*

Good eye Tony, it is a Sweet 1/144 Zero; I got this ages ago in a model shop while on holiday and it sat for ages, great little kits-if you can get hold of them. Bit fiddly, decals are a tad rubbish so had to use some lacquer to fix, hence the slight shine but for the scale it all works well.

Thank you Polux, it came together rather well and all fitted, just, on a 4'' X 4'' base.

Looks even better with the white water Si . Sweet also do a 1/144 Rufe ,( ive made a couple , another superb kit from them) that would be an excellent subject for a dio with your brilliant water effects , I considered making a beach and landing stage for mine but decided I didnt have the knowledge or skills to make the water look realistic enough so didnt bother , but i'm sure you could do it no probs. cheers tony
