    RAF Harrier refuelling

A simple base made form a picture frame, tarmac from wet and dry sandpaper, and grass from an ancient roll of railway grass I bought when I was much younger. The Bedford MK Tactical refueller from Airfix, Harrier GR.3 from Italeri, and the figure has been enlisted from a 1/72 Revell Luftwaffe personnel set.

Damn Polux, you read my mind! That's exactly what I was thinking!

It works well Joe, the simplicity helps to show off 2 top builds.

Absolutely spot on. Simple yet effective and enhances both models, which complement each other perfectly. The figure gives it a bit of life and provides a focal point.

              Lovely job.

A simple base that just adds enough to complete the set but does not detract from the great models. Nice one Joe.
