Large North Africa dio ?

i have built the airfix desert outpost and it's quite a size and I figured on doing a British 8th army dio but I also have lots of German DAK stuff so now I'm a little undecided on which to do

    This is my German idea

    The base

    with these

    And the British base

And I also have a UC I could put in this if I want

The German is pretty start forward a sort of forward operating base with a visit from Rommel and the British is more a staging area

So what do you guys think would be best

British is best Alan and we don't really see enough of it in my opinion armour wise as everyone seems to lean to the the dark side
