    How to for home-made snow.

Hello all, been ages since i've posted I know. A friend of mine at my uni needs to make snow for an art project of hers, and would like to make it for her self, so anyone have tips on good technique for making convincing snow?

For small scales, you can use ordinary baking powder scattered onto PVA or similar using a kitchen seive.

Hi Norm try either baking soda or try scenic snow from the hobby shops, i use both depending on my need.

As Dave & Scott said, baking soda & PVA glue works a treat Norm.

This is my Jagdtiger using that method - 2 years on it hasn't yellowed & still sparkles like its just landed!

I agree with the lads baking soda /powder sprinkled over pva works well

You can use spray snow but it won't last as long and you can only use for large areas
