Holding the perimeter. The Border Reg at Oosterbeek.

    Hi,

I'm currently working on several Arnhem/Oosterbeek dios trying to cover most of the British units involved.

Here are a few shots of the vignette that I'm doing to show the border reg. holding the western edge of the oosterbeek perimeter. I've two figures that I definitely want to use ( as seen in the photos) and a third I'm unsure about - an officer on a field telephone. More photos to follow.

Thanks for the feedback. Here's the groundwork without the figures.

There's more foliage to add plus some scattered leaves on the floor.

Here's the third figure I'm thinking of using:

I think he'll end up in another dio. The way one of the Borderer figures is turning his head suggests something more dramatic is happening behind him, perhaps someone being wounded.

All the figures are still being finished off but this could well be the first dio I ever complete (that's got to be record after 20+ years in the hobby!)

that ground work is just superb,i real do like it,very well done,

I think you can still use him with the other 2 asking for support, and would not look out of place,

                  Like it!!!!

So now you only have to finish the ones you didn't finish in the last 20 years (if they still exist)

                  Cheers Richi
