Russian Front

Hello again ..... got myself a JS1 battle tank and some german tank troops ... have bashed out a small diorama ....the master plan is to:

cover the dio with snow ... i have done this with a previous dio with a JU87 undergoing repairs and it came out ok

build the js 2 with the troops

will be a captured russian tank with it's new owner's on a muddy snow covered country road some where in Russia

oh well ... that is the plan ....

hello there ... made a solid enough start ... the little dio has been put together with a snow scene ... will dirty up the snow a bit. Also started on the tank ... a super little kit ... very straightforward.

Like the shape of dio, could fit neatly in corner shelf also like mud/snow contrast

hello ... been unbelievably slow with this build .... just could not get any traction for quite some time ... it is still work in progress as i have the tank personnel to put together and other stuff that i want to do ... but any hows here is where i am at present .... quite pleased with the way the tank turned out ...
