A small update some gardening done, not sure I like the red flowers might remove them or dull them down a bit. I added some fine roots and leaves to make a creeper up the wall. Next some milk churns and other bits were added.

comments always welcome good and bad.

    cheers
    Scottie

Great progress. All the bits and pieces add to the scene. Gardening looks fine to me.

Looking great. Plenty of detail to draw the eye already.

I quite like the splashes of vibrant colour too, but obviously it's your choice to make.

Thanks Andy, I guess it's because when your used to modelling Olive drab and dark colours anything bright looks out of place.

    Top drawer stuff Paul!
Loads to look, at even now.
Great imagination and the ability to put it all together to what we are watching as the build progresses.

I have made a roof of sorts, added another flower trough and a light. I also picked the stones out with various light stone colours.

Even without the vehicle or the figures that is brilliant.

The pink walls and shallow roof make this real Italian looking Scottie. Gardening skills have improved tremendously. The way to counter the stark colour of the flowers is to add more of them which you have started with the trough. Add more ochre to the leaves to get that Mediterranean feel.
The groundwork is really looking good too... doesn't even need the figures and vehicle at this point but will be icing on the cake with it.

      Cheers,
      Wabble
