Second set of pics sorry about the quality of the pics but my camera is starting to show its age. Again all comments welcome especially on the star of the weathering of the Panther.

Thanks Jim I am enjoying doing these. When it comes to building the dio I think it is going to need a large base either wide or long and I am swaying towards the long maybe shelf length.

Sounds great Terry, how ever you decide I'm sure you will do a cracking job of it

Weathering on the Panther looks OK to me Terry. You can certainly see how it has blended the camo colours together and made it look more 'solid'. Wooden cover looks good to. Really coming together.

Thanks Graham to be honest I am not sure about the weathering on the panther as to the naked eye it is very dark. I will get some outside shots later and post them sometimes when you work so close to something it can look wrong until viewed in a different way.

Thanks Moni as above I am not sure about the weathering on the panther but will make a decision as to wether I redo it or not later. I have just noticed that there is a couple of bits that I missed off the panther so will do them as well.

Got to agree with Ralph. Looks good to me. However, if you are not happy and want to try something to lighten it up try the oil dot method using yellow and white. It will blend the camo colours even more but by doing it on the areas that would naturally get more light, it can lift it a bit.
