Stuart, second figure from the left, last picture. He's deffo having a crafty fag - or is he giving a rude gesture to the prisoners? Made me chuckle. anyway.

    All looking good.

Been away the weekend to come home and find that my boy thought it was a great idea to play near my model with a football,
Yep you guessed it ,it landed on top.
I am absolutely gutted,I think I can repair most of it but it will not be the same as some bits broken beyond repair.
Main damage is to the fence so fingers crossed it will be passable come the end.
        All that time and effort

Hard luck, Stuart. It must have been upsetting on first sight.

But try and be positive. What's done is done. I wouldn't even try and repair it to look like the original.

Consider this. The perimeter fence could well have been up for a few years, so what's wrong with a new and different section of wire or a different type of post?

Work this setback to your advantage. I would consider repaired bits (lack of maintenance) would add to the authenticity of the model.

I'd still ground the boy though!

Only just caught up with this, it always painful when these things happen. Last year our cat decided that my Ju88 was in need of an impromtu flight test......

Cheers Ron didn't look at it that way but maybe your right.
I am back on it trying to assess the damage but not giving up.
              Thanks for the motivation
