Top work Shaun.

Mole hills! Now that's a first. Excellent stuff.

That's what I love when making dioramas - the unexpected, and sometimes off the wall ideas, that come along out of nowhere!

That was my thinking. It's just the little touches. A mole hill here, a birds nest there. You don't see it often.

Thanks Grumpa. Going to be a bit of a slower one than I thought.

Playing around with figure positioning. I think this works. Fig A & B will be sorting out a camo net.

Finally did a bit of work on my figures. Waiting for more lichen to be delivered and experimenting with epoxy resin to add a bit of water somewhere. Also thinking of making a small tree.

Getting there with my figures. Hopefully I can get more time to do some proper work on this diorama soon.

I finally managed to do something. Wire tree frame to add a bit of height. Going to buy some autumn leaves for the tree and surrounding ground.

What are you using to coat the wire? I used cheap polly filler from the pound shop on mine but it tends to real off a bit when moved so I've just bought some Vallejo earth texture paint, should work better. You won't mess up the paint job. Paint it a dark brown, dry brush a few lighter browns and greys. Maybe even add a bit of green for a moss effect
