Thanks Andrew and Gerry, apologies for the late response. Have been concentrating on my Constipation and a friends Knox.
We all start somewhere...I just began the hobby many moons ago when the Vietnam war was still raging.
Hi,
It's been nearly a year since I last touched this dio. Thought I'd work on it for the clubs year end meet and mini comp.
Took some shots before I started...
Lots of repainting of the figures to give them some differences and not looking like factory clones. More scorched fauna and coconuts.
Hi, there's some slight progress...
I painted two of the Type92 gun and chose worst molded one for the destroyed gun.
Remodelled the bunker opening with a sharp blade and tweezers. I got rid of the polystyrene interior with thinner solvent and a brush. Needs rubble and burnt stains.
Added two coconuts here...
Just dry fitted the back packs...painted an extra two. The Type92 gun was also dry fitted.
That's it so far...
Excellent Work on these "jarheads" Richard.....the brown side out camo covers and the ponchos look the "Bomb"! :thumb2:
And remember......."Wibbles" "Wobble" but they don't fall down!

Thanks Rick but what doesn't fall down...I'm a bit thick in the head at the moment.

As always great attention to detail and your skills make it all possible.
Thank you for the compliment Jim.
Apologise to the very slow progress. Been busy watching the tele or idiot box as some call it. I'm a victim of which project should I touch on.
Anyway I did do some more damage to the bunker with my drill to get it more natural with some heavy bullet pings. Trying to figure out an implosion and how the rubble would spread out of the aperture. After the satchel blast and flame thrower for good measure. So far no rubble yet.
