      Thanks Peter!

It's also a joy to be followed.

I am hoping to bring this diorama to the MAFVA show at St Ives in (less than) 2 weeks time. It won't be 'finished finished', but I feel it is time to give it an outing...

            Hi Tim.
Looks perfect, think you have handled the scene well, we tend to shy away from the obvious in portraying war on our builds .

That looks the dog's kahoonas to me Tim! Love the black back drop, makes the whole scene pop.
This one looks to be a winner Sir. Cheers, Rick H.

That is excellent Tim - very well done indeed and got to be an award winner if you enter it in competition

(nice to see the candlesticks made it to the scene as well)

It's clearly been a labour of love, and definately well worth all of the hard work. Excellent.

Impressive in the photos Tim, but to see it "in the flesh" at MAFVA... quite amazing.

Thanks you all for your comments.

And SimonT - I am very happy to finally give your fantastic candlesticks pride of place...

I am also very proud of the fact that, for my first diorama since I was 16, I managed to win Best of Show at the MAFVA Nationals!

So here are some more shots taken with a better camera than the one on my phone...
