Joe .
I've built a version of this sometime ago think 64 is a towing hitch, as for 62 ? As for the latter your guess is a good as mine. Would like to know the outcome.
Those figures look good.

many thanks for the input..not sure what I will do with the parts??? Probably keep looking around the internet)..not sure if this gun required a limber for transport as well?? any thoughts?
Joe .
Found this

A T20 towing , no limber in sight. Suppose they carried the ammo on the Kosomolet . This one was in use by the Germans and was towing a PAK 40
Parade showing a limber first.
Yet another .
So from this it seems that the limber was a required part of the gun I have some more photos where the Fins , like the Gremans appear to tow the gun on its own .
Keep the bits for now. :smiling4:
Just been into the cave and found this .
I still have the .
So could have a look on the drawings to see if there is any mention of fitting to a gun.
John, many thanks... part G2 on your sheet looks similar to part 64 on mine..a bit hard for me to tell from the image. I agree, looks like the limber was part of the transporting.....hmmmm decisions decisions now

So after a number of months and Making some effort to find some time,(little at best) I’ve been able to get some bench time and have been updating the KV 1 tank and doing some scratchery to add some detail and interest. Cutting out the old front of the turret and making adjustments for the aftermarket barrel was the biggest challenge.
Nice to see you posting again Joe. Lovin your work as always. I echo Mr T's comments. Great work on the seam lines. Hopefully life will allow you to press on with this one now.:thumb2:
Hi Joe, I thought I'd sneak in while the rabble were hibernating on your couch for the last couple of months. Good to see you're progressing at the bench. Free time is a luxury nowadays. You've just got Simon's and my attention with the scratchy stuff. :thumb2:
I'll grab a soda pop, some warm clothing and blend in with the rest... Russian winters can be bitter.
