So the first coat of whitewash applied... I wanted to keep the wood look integrity of the load bed so I used a small sponge to first add Russian green and then the white wash, then streaking it in places with a watered down brush. So I made the attempt at the camo scheme that I showed a photo of before. I wanted to give the camo a faded look rather than to be some sharp and distinct and I am pleased with the results. Masked the areas that I Didnt want the camo to appear, used AK interactive worn effects first, then some off white, then used a small piece of window screen (maybe she won’t notice the small section missing in the window...),,, and painted a very light coat of Russian green over the off white. ,did some removal of camo with the worn effects and softened the edges along the camo lines...still some weathering to do after this round of painting but I am pretty happy that I was able to pull this off.Comment
