Well now Paul the Humber Bridge. It is in the family.

My Uncle is Alderman Laurie Johnson. Born & died in Hull. Served over 50 years on the Kingston upon Hull
          Council.

His greatest achievement. He was in charge of the building of the Humber Bridge. He was there at the opening
& to his greatest day met & talked to the Queen.

Crossed the Humber twice on this bridge. First the right way to visit my Gran. Second time missed turning & ran
over the Humber bridge back down south.

So there we are Paul my Humber Bridge history.

          Laurie

Laurie that is quite a claim to fame. I watched a program not long ago about the design and building of the bridge it broke a lot of moulds and was an advanced design.

Oh dear, I've just realised why you've titled this build as you have.

I'm not always the sharpest knife in the drawer....

Andy not at all it isn't the best title in the world but wasn't sure what else to call it. I will have to try and think of another title and get admin to change it
