Just had a good catch up here. The building is looking fantastic, definitely something you have a real talent for. As to etch primer, I’m not sure to be honest, but it would seem logical that the primer is cellulose based, and the etch component microabrades the surface to enable a better mechanical bond between the primer and the metal. Most sheet metals have extremely smooth surfaces and will not allow paint to generate a good mechanical bond. and etching overcomes this. I’m going to look it up now, because you’ve piqued my interest :tongue-out3:
