Rightly so Tim. Though rushing into a dug out and farting would probably cause as much panic as a direct hit.:smiling3:

I've been into the bunker most of the day, seems to take so long just applying paint to the smallest detail, still enjoyable.

One welcome disruption was the sight of the BBMF Dakota as it made its way to Capt Tom's Funeral. Very lucky here as we often get a glimpse of planes of the flight as they go and return from various duties. Flew around the town twice before banking over and heading off, must say it was more moving than normal.



Today saw the mentioned earlier surgery, thanks to Neil for explaining this method some time back.


Cut and drilled with a .6mm bit.


Arm then ca'd and fitted to torso, looking at it now I suppose I could have twisted the lower section round a bit more. Tomorrow I think some debonda !


All the figures now have hears attached that needed them, first skin tones done. Going to leave everything until tomorrow now to fully dry.

Also cut some fire wood .



Meanwhile in the pond the fish have been asking for food, very early but with it being so sunny and much warmer I was not surprised.

See what you mean by 'rotating' a little - it looks as though he's turning the pan to get some more heat under the bacon, rather than lifting it off the heat - perhaps Sergei prefers crispy bacon?

Yes , applied some debonda last night, need to redo it and attemptemt the twist. Any betting the whole are comes off !

Thanks Andrew, just had a test on the side where the split wood is and although I marked the wall side some was too far over, but not now ! Going to have to rebuild the upper stack .

Hopefully he's not armless today, and you get the result that you want, always the way with positioning - I have had to make up molds from plastercine, and cast the bits I want in two parts, glue together then clean up to get what I want - all good fun!

Had success Gerry, in the end I soaked the whole arm in dedonda it did fall off when I was attempting a doctors twist !
