I scraped some wood grain into the totes and painted some tiny tools. You can never have too many hammers...

Andy I remember when you said you found it hard to imagine something for a diorama, well just shows you looked at your time spent in the trade and came up with this great idea.
These types of dioramas are always interesting , always some little thing to catch the attention of the viewer. Keep it going please.:thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:Comment

Cheers John.
And yes, you're bang on. Although this is probably technically harder than anything I've done before, the ideas are coming thick & fast for a change so I'm loving itComment

Thanks Richard, Tim & Andrew.
I'm doing my best to keep the momentum going so that I don't stray onto another build :smiling5:Comment

All looking vey good. A few extra props you could have to swap out as needed, a workshop paper towels roll ans holder, a box or sack of rags.
Buckets of sand or sawdust, work lights?
Once the building is there it's only the bits and bobs that need to be changed out if you want old or modern.Comment

Thanks Ian. Yes, a good idea for the "stage props". I'm preparing more buckets, barrels, furniture & tools than I need already with that kind of thing in mind, but I like the old & new aspect.
Cheers Jim. It's all a bit frantic in my head but I'm trying to go slow & steady once I get to the bench.Comment
