But with books, I can just look at them, and not get too sidetracked :thumb2:

          Excellent interaction boys!

My thanks to Steve (stona) for yet again suffering my messages about a particular aircraft's construction and his general thoughts about the ramming damage. He thought he'd heard the last of me after helping me with that Hurricane / Dornier coming together....No chance!
His knowledge of such things knows no bounds. Thanks again, Steve.

Based on Steve and I's recent musing on the subject, I've made a start on the fighter damage.....

          The dissection begins.....

I made a start by hacksawing off the stbd. wing at the fuselage join.
I then bent and twisted the fuse. plastic with a pair of pliers. I've added a stump of the main spar and some snapped off cables from copper elec. wiring.

I think we should mount perimeter patrols (RAF Regt please note), in-depth defence (all of us Pongos), Booty can corrall the RAF in their hotel and the Navy can regale us with tuneful ditties such as 'And then he'd row, row row ...' Meanwhile, back at the ranch we will consider our options and try to get Gerry some counselling. What say you Oh Voice of Sanity?
