Thanks Tim, you'll see the distinctive characteristics of the uniform on these local constables in the 50's as being over sized and airy. Seeing some old photos they are loosely worn with shorts looking like skirts. Even long pants were baggy and pleated. I guess they were issued UK sizes and there was nothing smaller.

Hi Guys, here's the line up of Bangra dancers trying to do the YMCA. Basically the waist up have the modifications done except for the last guy on the right who hasn't got his sleeves and right pocket done yet. Just waiting for his putty to cure before proceeding with the sleeves.
Once he's done I will do the bottom half of the bodies with pocket slits, belt holders, ankle gaiters, pants and shorts. So far 3 days work.

Thanks Mick, Paul and Jack, glad you like the dancers. I remember using the elastoplast tape for my hockey stick and had a roll sitting at the work table incase of a blood donation drive suddenly happening and I noticed the weave was within the scale of heavy canvas for 1/35.
Starting on the next session lower half of the figs now...

No,no,no...field hockey. :tears-of-joy: We do have an Ice hockey league in the local ice skating rink. I have friends who were ice hockey players during their teens in a local rink until it closed down. Then years later a new rink opened at a huge mall and the game and teams were revived.
Anyway just did the sleeves and pocket for the last guy...

Didn't know it would take this long to do the bottom half of the figures as not all of them needed to. The pockets, gaiters and belt sleeves took an awful lot of time...
Then the long pants...
This is the comparison between two figures that use the same base figure but with different modifications. I'll be putting them at opposite ends of the dio and hope nobody spots the difference...
