Very well done Mr. Race..........and the corner joins look the Bomb Sir! :thumb2: I'll notify the inspector to call off his "hounds", as they were on their way to condemn the premises. The fire warden will be 'round later on to check that all precautions have been taken regarding the flammability of "said" thatched roof, and to ensure complete safety to future occupants in case of any "unplanned" conflagration. :tongue-out3::tongue-out2::tongue-out::thumb2:

"How much wood would a woodchuck chuck
if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
He would chuck, he would, as much as he could,
and chuck as much wood as a woodchuck would
if a woodchuck could chuck wood."
Researchers at Cornell determined that a woodchuck could chuck about 700 pounds - “Compared to beavers, groundhogs/woodchucks are not adept at moving timber, although some will chew wood." A wildlife biologist once measured the inside volume of a typical woodchuck burrow and estimated that — if wood filled the hole instead of dirt — the industrious animal would have chucked about 700 pounds’ worth.”
Additionally, though, how much wood could a wood duck duck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
