The Smythe Meister (Andy) very kindly sent me these Hitlerjugend figures for my dio. As i've never painted figures before this could be total carnage. But it's something i am going to have to learn if i want to make dioramas in the future.

You ever see the WWII German mosquito netting for helmets? Snipers also used it. Great for hiding bad faces.

Gate all glued. Tried to make it rustic with some 'planks' being slightly worn and off shape. Will let it dry overnight then try and make it more weathered

The figures will be the first thing to pose on the dio. Got to try and decide what armour will be next after them. I have the 251 with Pak 40 or the Tiger I to build. But i might have to stray back into my comfort zone and do a wingy thing lol
