Today saw the fixing of the outer box to the frame. Using 3M double sided 5mm wide tape after much measuring and marking out with scrap bits of modelling tape.
Removing the face cover of the double sided tape is fun, the grip is so good I have to use the scalpel blade to hold the sticky section down and a pair if fine tweezers to removes the surface cover.
Fitting the box itself is a one chance affair, go wrong at this point and its back to the drawing board.

        Looking ok.
Decided to add a glue line inside the frame / box just to make sure.

Now that the box is in the "bag" so to speak, what's next?......or are you still under sedation? :tongue-out3:

Who's a busy boy then ,looks like a move away from the build for a bit has kept the enthusiasm flowing ,catch up with you soon on the other side. Dave

First box done Rick, now the internal and main one is ready to be worked on . Today the Kappa face boards will be exposed and the long job of imprinting bricks on some areas .No need for sedation when working with foam board :nerd:
