Coming on very nicely John. Ammo boxes look great. Good to see some paint.

Another good day, paint a bit, have a cup of tea, do and bit more. Spent most of the morning doing this.Have just used another brown primer so a few photos have are a little gloss.
Had to extend the crane section, so it reached over the SU. Tracks have now had AK 3RG GEN primer on followed by some Vallejo brown primer .More to follow.
Starting to build up the layers of paint, then loads of grime
Same as the engine.
Still lots of little areas to do but thoroughly enjoyable. The tracks and road wheels have been started as well .
I've found a load of figures , mostly German!!!! but they will be altered to suit.
Thanks for looking and commenting.

Thanks Paul .
Cheers Andrew, yes some parts were bordering on " let's see how many parts we can make this kit into " There was times when a small part could have easily been moulded along with another, example a valve and a separate handle !Comment

I know what you mean..... Some manufacturers seen to be a slave to more parts is best regardless of whether or not it adds to the build!Comment

Hello all , back again with some photos of this mornings efforts.
Using AK enamel washes, want the engine bay to be covered in oil as the idea is there is a seal blown . Ive altered a figure to look as if he is peering into depths of the engine trying to see whats what.
Meanwhile the clutch and gear box has been done as well.
Really please with is last photo.
More soon .
Thanks for looking in, comments ,abuse etc welcome .
