Haven given the figures a miss to day I've continued with the Wespe itself.
Two night ago in tried some VMS sealer from the dropped bottle on the lower sides. Sieved some soil and sand and fixed in place. Still need to paint this up in various colours of brown /buff/ white to show debri .
Thinking next would be a little surface weathering before the continuation of the camo .This morning I fixed the kit, why on earth i'd left it off but the TET doesn't like any paint so had to remove paint from the fixing hole and pins.Think I thought painting them would be easier on the sprue.
I have sprayed the insides of the side shields and gun itself with a coat of gloss. once the weathering has been done internally on these a coat of matt will be done. Then decals and the fixing of the sides and rear sections followed by the camo.
Still loads to do, but remembering the correct sequence is the trouble when your enjoying your self.

You can see the derbri on the lower section, think this will blend in with the paints and maybe a little made up wall filler.

I was pleased with the radio set, very hard for me to be able to paint as its so small, with out the Optovisor Id be lost.
Will be strange doing pin washes etec on the internals and not the outer body.
Any tips on weathering would be appreciated.
Thanks for looking in.
