        Top Job Dude 2!!! This is turning out really nice Brother. The fifth guy in the crew was the driver and most of the time, he did just that. Of course, he could also help load ammo or would be doing maintenance on the thang!!! PM a bit later....

          You're lucky the tops came off those oil paints John. None of my old paints are usable although they feel quite squashy, I can't get the tops off the tubes!

              Pete, I tried one and it was stuck fast , however the old trick of putting them screw top down into warm water soon worked . Give that a try if you not done so.

                      Just cut the blunt end off and reseal it with a bulldog clip Pete. They stay usable for very many years…..

                            Tried hot water, then white spirit (or it might have been turps) then threw them in the bin!
