Spent the last couple of days on and off doing these tracks.
Have to be the smallest Fruils there are, managed to get the first track done .

Those tracks look good. One day I'll have to try Fruils.

Price is the only downside Jim, for me they are do able . Luckily Dude 1 and Fernando took my order with them to a show in Holland and sent me a load. This was before we would have to pay customs.
The realism you gain , esp for Russian armour where the sag was prominent is worth it.

                        Nice tracks, John.
I love the weight and the sag Friul tracks allow.

                          John.
I agree mate frulis are the way to go. Even though you have to drill out and pin each one they are still a lot less hassle then some plastic links.

Indeed they are Paul, Id rather do them with all the work than plastic tracks.

Nearly finished the second one. Ran out of wire as was a bit over generous with the overhang. I ve got some .4 wire , but of course it doesn't fit with out a struggle. The actual Fruil wire is .3 , of course so it slips in easily.
Luckily I've several other sets and have robed one until the replacement .3 wire turns up. You can use the .4, esp after pulling it through some 180 grit, but it takes some time to remove enough including the lacquer that some wires have.
Had a visitor this morning for an hr so din't finish today.

Great start John, taking a seat in the back row

Last set that I built of those Fruil …. tracks drove me crazy
