              very nice work Benny

the fugues are very well done , i would like to know a little more on how you got the tones right,

and for oils it great, unlike me with too harsh weathering,

cobbles look fantastic.may i ask how you did it to help me out with my plz, i made my cobble stones

out off plaster , but i see you have more off a gap in yours than i do and is that a mix off grout and garden sand ?

              keep up the good work

any time spent and for these results good job

              cheers

                Hi Richi, hi Moni,

                First of all thx

I made the cobbles out of cork :

Cut between 3 to 7 mm.

The applied them with white glue :

                And painted them grey.

After that I did the fugues with five wood paste (don't know the English word ):

Then I washed away with water :

Then you have to paint the cobbles again because some may loose the color.

After that I applied several washes

                And that's it

It's a lot of work but it's worth the work

The sitting figure is an old one from tamiya, blanket self made of clay.

The dead one completely self made. Just used an arm of any old figure.

The other one is from the zvesda set Volkssturm and primed with Vallejo acrylics and then with different oil colors

                Cheers Benny

Hi Benny, well thank you very much for the help, looks to be a quicker way than casting in plaster

less mess as well , and i see that you have lefted a nice gap around each stone that makes it

easier to fill which i will remember next time , what dimension did you use for the stones would

                                help as well L x W x H

                                fantastic work

if i may say some think that you can use for blankets is you know the hand wipes you get

with take away food let them dry and scruch them up and paint to what color you need

even as a tarp they look good

                                cheers

                                Moni
