a shiny citroen 1940

Hi all,

First dio to be posted from me...probably the last as well!

The cv 11 has been staring at me for donkeys longing to be in a dio, so I thought that maybe I could stick it in a french street with some lost german soldatsops: who had commandeered it!

Its got a good shine on it.

As Monica, I think you got the colour of the leather rather good.

A pity that the black paintwork is so uneven. You might of gotten away with it if it was not as shiny. If its only like that on the roof, if could pay to rub it down and get it more even abd give it a new coat of black and gloss.

What scale is the Citroen Lee? I built this in 1/48 some time ago. It's a great looking vehicle and will a good subject for your dio.

It's 1/35 (sorry Paul, my badops. There's no pe in sight, its all hand brushed, so no airbrushes were harmed in this build...or any of my builds actually!.

All figures will be kit, except for the odd chop here and there.

Just a small update, a figure I've been working on, he's feeling a bit sorry for himself, being caught...naughty boy!

Anyway, other than painting and fixing legs, he's all but complete.
