      Afternoon gents...and ladyops:,

      Another small update, citroen roof needs another rub down and yet another coat of gloss over it, it's not to frustrating...honest!

      Here's a couple of pics of the base, not 100% finished but getting there...

        That Citroen is looking shinier than my Golf! How did you do the base Lee? It looks ace!

          The base is a cheat sheet from hundreds of years agoo_O it's 72nd brick sheet, I smudged it over with Tamiya XF57 buff, once dried I went over it with Tamiya XF68 NATO BROWN, it was then weathered with Tamiya weathering master light sand, it's now been PVA'd (diluted) very fine dust and Hornby ballast...phew! Not sure whether to finish it or leave it?

          As for the shine on the citroen, it's Humbrol 21 gloss black, the chrome work was metal cote buffed up.
