Yes you can, there is a supplement that is designed to do this. However, if you are after solo play I would look into “Rangers of shadow deep”. It’s by the same author, but is designed more for solo or cooperative play.

I bought Core Space earlier in the year and found it a fantastic game,I was thinking earlier today that I would like to play something a bit different so I will look into your suggestion.
