SAS Heroes Lt Edward Macdonald 1/9 Scale Resin V Bust

    Hi

This is my first "large" scale figure - picked up for a tenner online - as I normally build armour this is something of a digression for me so constructive comments welcome.

Just two pieces - the head/head-dress and the torso - a bit of excess resin on the pouring plugs and a bubble to be filled/reshaped on the back edge of the head-dress but otherwise a nice solid casting.

The images are close-ups so they are probably more critical than a normal viewer would be!

    On a technical note:

primed with Halfords' rattle can white primer & hand painted with Vallejo and MIG (airbrush) paints from the cupboard.

          Thanks Guys,

I'm currently suffering from a bad case of Uveitis in one eye which needs 4 different eye drops a total of 12 times a day so my vision is a bit restricted. I'll probably look at it when I've recovered and think "what have I done...?"

Well done Mark. Great first attempt. You should do some more as this one is great.

Looks great Mark, first picture looks like a portrait painting rather than a bust.
