    Queen Alexandra's Imperial Nursing Service

    Hi Guys

Back on a bit of a roll, and finished painting Sarnia Miniatures latest bust - a major of Queen Alexandra's Imperial Nursing Services.

I found it a bit of a challenge since it is large blocks of smooth colour - not many places to hide!

My thought exactly Tim..........didn't want Peter to feel badly, that he had just completed painting the "Queen of Needles"!!

Great stuff Peter, a nice unusual subject too.

Excellent work here Peter. Is this a 1/10 scale figure? A very smooth transition, with no noticeable demarcation, between the highlights and shadows in the face. Very impressive. G
