    Removing print lines

I've got this 90mm figure to paint. It has significant visible print lines. What's the best way to eradicate them? I've got Mr Finisher Surfacer 1500. Would an overall spray of that (maybe several passes?) do the trick? Would it go over the acrylic primer already on it?

I'm not sure your idea would work Paul. Mr Surfacer 1500 makes a very good primer and as such doesn't obscure detail. I have a feeling that the print lines would still show - the "fine detail" would be preserved. Maybe Mr Surfacer 500 painted over the bad areas and then sanded back would work.
An interesting problem which we may see more often with 3D printing becoming more and more common. I'm sure others will have a more helpful answer.
