i do think its turned out quite well,

Ron is the water master on here. He uses the Clear bathroom sealer for churned up water, for still water, just paint the base and give it half a dozen coats of house hold varnish.

The Vallejo Clearwater is good but expensive. and is water thin when you pour it. The smallest gap and it will all run away before it hardens...(been there done that, but the shed floor looks good!)

Love the base so far. and kermit is looking good as well.

ta Steve,Ian,Ian,so glad that your liking it,and do appreciate the kind words,

ta Steve for the tip with the V-water

ta Ian,i have read what Ron dose, use at times, with the layers of varnish,

In any way i still need to buy some think, and the cheaper the better,as it eats into my profit,

I did read some were that you can thing that clear sealer,

but i will go to the hardware and see what i can get ,as i did try clear resin once but did not

mix it right and it never set,

                  I

If you are counting the cents, house hold varnish is your best bet.

ta Scott,so glad you like it,

well next will be time on the 2 figures,

and as gillman dose not have a name as so,i think Ian's kermit will do just fine,

well we are getting so hot days, and that will help with the varnish to set quite,so maybe go for that one Ian,

its not a big area to cover,400mm W x about 50mm in D,just in front of him,as he is carrying her to the lagoon

Oi yoi yoi, some nice blending on the green and cream also the foliage looks superb. Pity you don't live in NZ because I have two bottles of Klear floor polish. I think any cheap varnish would do the trick tho.
