    Hi Peter
Another one with a head transplant and he also has borrowed hands :tongue-out3: You make these frankenstein figures work well. Very nice head painting.

Scottie. Take a seat the other side of John.

      Neil - Glad you approve.

Allen - Your fantastic parcel arrived while I was painting the face and gave me such a boost - now I actually have a stash! I've had to slow down a lot with my granddaughter in the house, so you should have a chance to catch up. If you were going to accuse the artillery man of having a kebab on his head, like you did with another of my Napoleonic figures, then that's OK, you're entitled to after being so kind. I think it was this one:

Jim - A new head and hands are pretty simple changes, so I can't claim any credit there. Most relieved that the gun fits though.

You never cease to amaze me Peter with both the quality and the speed at which you turn out fantastic figures, keep it up.

It's in those eyes, great work.
I've bought Joe some dog biscuits, just to be on the safe side.

Well it's been a struggle to get this far. Well worth the hard effort as the face is outstanding

Hi Steve. The clean up work seems to have done the trick, so painting should be OK. Trying to negotiate bench time with my daughter and granddaughter - my wife's at work today so we're a carer down.

                          Morning Peter

Look like you have a really good head start with your replacement head!

He really does have a vicious sneer too!

Looks like a denison day today or when you have negotiated some bench time.

Seems to have got quite warm with the tail end of the Iberian Storm Barbara too!

Have a good day with the paints

                          Regards

                          Steve H

Hi Steve. Yeah - he ain't bovvered is he?

I managed to negotiate some bench time, so here's the Denison:

The basic colours for the camo pattern were Vallejo Russian Uniform, Saddle Brown and Deep Green, all darkened and lightened with Camo Black Brown and Off White.

                              Peter

That's coming along nicely despite the casting issues you had at the start!
