Steve - No painting yesterday as I had a zero energy day - just had to sleep and go with it. Storm Bella was pretty spectacular, but it passed quickly. Very cold today, but bright sunshine. Awaiting Covid test results for Katherine - she's got a hospital appointment involving endoscopy in January and has to isolate until then.

Allen - Things have got more chaotic if anything. I don't know where my granddaughter gets her energy from, but she has reduced four adults to worn out husks. I will make myself paint today.

Lovely work, great colour s and contrasts, super drapery, a great sculpt well painted.

To much temptation with all those forbidden foods and over excited?

Its snowing here and -1C, about as useless as watching a Santa Claus film after Christmas day, too little, too late!

Hopefully a steady day and not too cold and everyone well isolated and insulated from the weather and outside world.

Steve - Morning. No snow here as yet, but there may be some by the end of the week. I've been very good with my diet and not touched anything containing sugar and very little savoury stuff - it's just not worth having a hyper over. I even appear to have lost a bit of weight, which is no bad thing. Hopefully, I'll get to finish the torso at the back and do some general refining of the drapery today.

Moni - Thanks. My cabinet is full, so it's a policy of one in, one out and into storage at the moment.
