    Hi all heres a few more update shots, ive lightened up the leather sleeve and tartaned the other part, just got to make it look a bit grubby now

            Cheers Ian, i keep looking at it, i think i have the red stripes a bit too thick, i like the colours just not sure ive got it quite right, or ive got to fade the colours a bit more, it looks like he just bought it from burtons, so a bit more work to do on it

              I'm not a tartan expert Paul but I wouldn't now about the red thickness but it still looks great to me and like you say once you've faded the colours it will look even better

                Hi all a few more pics of the progress, ive got rid of the tartan, it didnt look quite right, and gone for a grey blue with a bit of decoration around the cuff, the left arm is base coated ready for shading and the belt needs a bit more work on it

                    Fantastic facial painting too, nice detailing

                        Thanks for the great comments guys and gals, Moni the tartan is base coated then highlighted and shaded, then the first stripes that are highlighted and shaded, then the rest of the stripes again highlighted and shaded.
