Sorry to hear the bad news Bob, but at least it's treatable. Wishing Julie all the best.
Speaking of Velindre, in the days when radioactive implants (brachytherapy) were experimental and patients with them weren't allowed to leave the hospital unsupervised, I wondered if the detectors in the doorways would pick up my Dad's wartime watch with a radium dial - they did, and all the external doors locked and alarms sounded...

All the very best to Julie Bob
Strength isn't about what you can do, rather it's about overcoming what you thought you couldn't do.

It's me again, my god twice in a week lol

Over the moon to say that a scan has shown that the tumour has shrunk so the radiotherapy and now chemotherapy are working. Best news for a long time

Small update, last chemotherapy done and Julie had a blood transfusion which has eased the breathless and terrible fatigue. Another scan Wednesday then consultant to plan what's next.

Kept busy by looking for a bungalow and getting ours ready for sale. Lick of paint etc lol.

Modelling wise, nothing since September, far too much on my mind but just added a kit and books to my small library

                                Still about chaps
