Well the latest scan has continued to show the tumour shrinking!! However it also thankfully showed a blood clot in Julie's leg. So back at the hospital for yet another scan, so a blood test and then a ecg, apparently the ecg was to check if the clot had affected her heart, phew nothing so we left with blood thinning injections.
The nurse said we should be grateful as undiagnosed it could have caused some very serious issues ie heart attack.
One step forward then one back! Just waiting to see the consultant regarding starting Immunotherapy?
To quote the old joke, we have our own parking space!
