    Revell Missing Sprue

    Hi all,

    Happy Christmas.

    Does anyone have any contact details for Revell in the UK, if any even exist or do I have to go through Revell Germany.

    My son has bought me the Revell Star Trek USS Enterprise ( 04991 ) for a Christmas present, when I opened the sealed box to check the contents unfortunately there's a complete sprue missing. The missing sprue is the one with all the clear parts on it.

    My son has recently moved to near London so it's not really practical to sent it back to him so he can then send it back to wherever he purchased it from.

    If you contact the company you bought it from they will be able to get it for you, it’s not your responsibility to get missing parts, you shouldn’t need to send it back they will just send a replacement

      You can contact them (Revell) via their website - see linky - https://www.revell-service.de/en/

      I had problem with the tracks on my last build and Revell sent me a new kit, after giving me incorrect advice re what glue to use.

      Or as above go back to where you bought it from and they should also be able to sort it as its not complete, so not fit for purpose.

        I have had a revell model given as a Christmas presant and that has the clear canopy part missing. I will be having to contact them as well. I thought they weighed these boxes before they got sent out to avoid this happening.

          Hi all,

          Thank you for the replies.

          I have been in touch with my son, he purchased the model from Hobbycraft in Dartford about a month ago and he now can't find the original receipt.

          I've contacted Revell in Germany, I'll just have to wait and see what they say.

            ** UPDATE **

            Hi all,

            After not hearing anything from Revell since the end of December last year I have got some good news.

            Earlier on today the postman knocked on my door and handed me a package from Germany and inside was the missing sprue.

            Glad you got the part you needed Chris ?

            I saw an interview with Luke from Revell a short while ago where he said they always try where possible to replace missing or broken parts.

            Nice to see it in practice, well done Revell ?
